Hi, I’m Diya Chopra and I’m from London, UK. Welcome to my online portfolio curated as part of my undergraduate degree. This portfolio highlights key moments during my university career including working within a society, professional experience as well as the different projects I’ve completed as part of my studies.
Educational Background:
Recently graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in BA English from Coventry University, I will be continuing my higher education studies as a post-graduate student on the MA Human Resource Management programme at Coventry University.
I have three A-levels in Film Studies, English Literature and Drama and Theatre Studies where I was able to attain key skills including film editing on Adobe Premier Elements and Premier Pro, magazine and media text creation on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign.
Professional Experience:
Detailed throughout the site, I have a range of professional experience in the administrative, educational, customer service and hospitality industries. Key experiences include working as a Private Tutor, a Trainee Production Assistant with Strictly Arts Theatre Company & The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry during the UK City of Culture 2021, a Casual Duty Manager with The Beck Theatre, Hayes and as President of CUSU MTS.
Personal Interests:
Theatre and show production, project and event management, literature and film. I am currently studying as a post-graduate student at Coventry University whilst working in my role as Casual Duty Manager at The Beck Theatre, Hayes.
