As part of my MA HRM course, I completed an internship experience with CU Enterprises’ Ltd. Digital Services department to curate a consultancy report. The report focused on researching ways to improve existing digital tools to improve the employee experience, particularly for those with neurodiverse needs.
The consultancy project was an excellent opportunity to network within the company, conduct phenomenological research and develop business recommendations.
