Undertaking an extensive and interactive degree can help develop a range of transferable skills. These skills can be further nurtured in practical settings -aka work experience. Any professional experience is vital for university students as it helps them discover their personal take on particular industries, provide them with an opportunity to showcase their skills and help make them well-rounded individuals.
Throughout my degree I have undertaken a variety of work experience and placement opportunities and I only hope for the list to grow. Here I’ll outline some of the opportunities and highlight how they helped shape my university experience.
